No-nonsense negotiation is how she operates. She was able to close the transaction exactly the way I wanted it and didn’t allow the buyers to continually haggle. We listed the house the same day interest rates went up and the market was cooling down so we expected to have to list the house for a while. Not the case at all, we listed on a Friday and had the offer by Monday. This would not have happened had we not had such a great realtor representing our property.
